Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A description of the issue

• Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may repair the product, replace it with the same or an equivalent item, or provide a refund where appropriate.
